He specialises in crafting and executing accelerated international growth strategies and has provided Founder/CEO mentoring to foster executive development. His career includes prominent roles at leading companies such as Cegedim and Logicalis (DataTec).

Spanning over 25 years, Andrew’s career in the Technology sector across Europe and Australia has honed his skills in driving regional and international growth. Now based in New Zealand, he is dedicated to empowering individuals and businesses to realize their full potential. As a current Board Trustee for Startup Queenstown Lakes (SQL), Andrew continues to advocate for fostering cultures of trust, passion, and focus. His core principle, “people first, winning together,” has been central to his success in building high-performing organizations.

Andrew's professional achievements are complemented by his involvement in prestigious organizations. He is a member of the Henley Royal Regatta Stewards and the Oxford University Rugby Football Club Referees Association, showcasing his commitment to excellence and teamwork. Additionally, he has served as Chairman of the City of Oxford Rowing Club.

Outside of his professional sphere, Andrew is deeply committed to family and community. His return to New Zealand was motivated by a desire to enhance his families quality of life.
